Do you need to visit the property?

No. We work from your existing photography. There’s no filming appointment to arrange.

What photographs should I send?

Original, high-resolution photos that you or your agency have permission to use. Clear, wide views usually make better clips. We’ll check suitability before confirming your project.

How quickly can I have my film?

We agree delivery timing after reviewing your photographs and confirming the project, so you know what to expect before we start.

Which social platforms are supported?

Choose 16:9 for Facebook and websites, 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, or 4:5 for feed posts. One format is included; additional versions are quoted in advance.

Does the AI change the property?

It can introduce unwanted changes, which is why each clip is checked against the photo. A shot that materially changes the property is replaced or removed. You also receive a preview to review.

Can you add our agency branding?

Send your logo and guidelines. We’ll agree any title or branding treatment before starting. The portfolio films show clean property footage without overlays.

Will this sell the property faster?

We provide another way to present your listing on social media. We don’t promise enquiries, view counts or a faster sale.
