Privacy & your enquiry

Updated 7 October 2026. ListingMint is a service by Miyo Solutions. For questions about your information, contact elias@miyosolutions.dk.

Sending an enquiry

The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Your name, agency, email address, listing link and optional message stay in the browser until you choose to send the email. Completing the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

When you send an enquiry, we use those details to answer your request and discuss a possible project. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Commissioned projects

If you commission a film, we use the agreed photographs, project correspondence and any supplied branding to provide that service. You must have permission to supply the photographs and to have them processed for the project. We disclose the production process before starting. Selected photographs are processed by our AI video provider, Higgsfield.

Source photographs may need to be temporarily accessible to the production provider while a clip is generated. Supply approved marketing photographs only, without occupants, private documents or other material that is not intended for publication. We ask separately before using a client project in our portfolio.

Service providers & retention

Netlify hosts this website and may process connection and security logs. Our email service handles correspondence. Higgsfield processes the selected photographs for agreed video production. We share information only as needed for the service or an applicable obligation; we do not sell enquiry details.

We retain correspondence and working files only for the enquiry, agreed service and necessary business records. Contact us to request deletion or to agree source-file retention before a project starts. Invoice records may need to be kept for applicable accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about the use of your data, and to object where applicable. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies & analytics

The website installs no advertising cookies or third-party visitor analytics. Its video controls and comparison tools run locally in your browser. The site has an internal event hook without a connected tracking service.
