What is included

One property film from your existing listing photographs, in one agreed aspect format, with checked clips, a clean edit, licensed music and one revision. The number of suitable photographs, film length and any branding are agreed before production. The examples show different formats and durations; they are portfolio demonstrations using licensed stock photographs.

Prices & confirmation

The introductory price is £59 for your agency’s first film. Further individual films are £89 each. No subscription or payment is taken on this website.

Your written quote confirms the total payable, any applicable tax, scope, format, permitted use, delivery target and payment arrangements before work starts. Additional versions or changes to the agreed brief are quoted separately in advance.

Your source material

You must have permission to supply and use the photographs, listing information and branding, including processing by the disclosed video provider. A public listing link alone does not establish image rights. Send original, high-resolution files and identify details that need particular care.

Delivery & revision

We agree delivery timing after reviewing your photographs and confirming the project. We tell you before starting if suitability or service availability affects it. One revision within the agreed brief is included. New listings or replacement source photographs may require a separate quote.

Reviewing the property film

AI-generated movement can introduce unwanted changes. We check each clip against its source photograph and replace or remove materially distorted shots. You receive a preview to review before the film is finalised. Check the final film before publishing and tell us about any concerns.

A film is promotional material, not a survey or proof of room dimensions. We do not guarantee enquiries, view counts or a faster sale.

Rights & intended use

The quote confirms your permitted use of the final film. Music must cover your intended channel and use; paid advertising or additional uses may require separate clearance. No rights are granted to source material that neither party owns. We request permission separately before using client work in our portfolio.

Changes or concerns

Contact elias@miyosolutions.dk promptly if you need to change or cancel a project, or have a delivery concern. We agree how to handle completed work, costs and any appropriate remedy before proceeding. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The written project agreement confirms the complete commercial terms.
